Inside a Digital Camera and its parts

Digital Cameras use lenses and a shutter to capture light inside the body of the camera using an image sensor which has various internal electronic devices to measure light intensity and a host of other duties. This sensors complexity is determined in megapixel rating which in turn determines clarity and quality of the resulting picture. Digital cameras function by converting light into an electrical signal which is converted into binary (1’s and 0’s). These are processed through the digital camera’s on-board computer. After the binary numbers are processed they are stored on the digital memory card or floppy disk.
Light bisected in red, green and blue which are primary colors is used by a digital camera’s filters. The photographs must be further refined by a process called demosaicing via computers to produce the full color photograph. Many digital cameras offer photo sharpening to make the digital photographs clearer. Compressing the image and then storing it on the memory card is the last step.
Then there is the term ISO which stands for the International Standards Organization, which sets standards for photography, and the ISO range of a camera refers to how sensitive the camera is to light.
There are parts of digital camera which perform different functions: 1) Shutter release 2) Flash 3) Lens 4) Power switch 5) Viewing screen
6) Memory storage slots 7) Zoom control 8) Cursor control 9) Camera/disk-image switch, 10) Flash-set button.
And the accessories of a digital camera are: 1) Lenses 2) Extension tubes 3) Remote release/Cable release 4) Tripods 5) Reflectors 6) Lens Cloth 7) Lens Brush 8) Filters 9) ND Grads 10) Spare Batteries 11) Memory cards
12) Cases 13) Beanbag 14) Light box.
