Digital Camera Troubleshooting

If camera occasionally cannot load:

Digital camera consumes power much more quickly than you think so be aware of the battery conditions. Second, follow the right starting procedure. Some cameras require a long press to load, in that case read carefully through the operation menu coming with the package.  Third, system error may occur in that case try a master restart or take out the battery then place it back.

Pictures are wrong-colored or blurry when taken indoors.

Custom color effect setting that your forgot to turn back or wrong scene match. Blurry indoor photo, this is a very common mistake. Here, it may have happened because of the shutter speed you’re using is slower than 1/30 or 1/60 of a second. Also, turn up the ISO sensitivity a notch or two.

Most of the problems with digital cameras are user error

This happens because people do not understand all the features and functions of the camera.

Understanding Shutter Delay in Digital Cameras

Many cameras include a burst mode. In burst mode the camera shoots a fast series of photos for as long as the shutter button is held down or until the camera’s memory is full. Avoid the automatic focus process which usually starts when the shutter button is held down. One way to do that is to hold the shutter button half way down.

Another delay that is a result of the digital camera technology is the Initial Delay

In order to avoid this you would have to make sure that your camera is turned on and does not go into standby mode when taking action photos.

Reducing Noise

Keeping ISO settings low and exposure times relatively short will minimize noise as you take photographs.

Color balance control

If you have the opportunity to re-shoot a scene which has been improperly exposed, by all means go ahead and try to improve the image. However, if the scene cannot be re-created, save the image and try to work on it with software.

You can also choose the best quality lenses and use imaging software to decrease other problems.
